So I have a missing DSi in my possession... (help what do)

So my sister came across a DS case in the middle of a local mall parking lot. It has a bunch of games and a black DSi in rough condition. Looking at the pictures, its mostly a bunch of pictures of a little kid, maybe around 4 or 5. What should I do with it or how should I go about returning it? No, I won't sell it on craigslist.

Nope, the only information I found was a birthday in the dsi profile card.

To be more specific, it was found outside of a department store. (Both places are close to each other by so I was confused, they almost have the same parking lot.)
