People can join my dedicated server but I can't?

I can't join my own dedicated server but others can!? Every time I try to join my dedicated server is always says : connecting to (Then the IP)
But it never does anything else! Suprisingly others can join because I see it in the dedicated server console. What is happening and how can I fix this? I want to join my OWN server. And yes i have forward ports even though it doesn't even mater in this situation

If you can't type "localhost" in the IP textbox, try putting 127.0.0.1.
It is exactly the same
