Drinking is wrong.
Doing illegal stuff is wrong.

For someone who's morality is so closely tied with the law you sure don't have a problem disregarding it when it suits you.

do you hide your research in a folder called futon

Depends, how large is this canteen op?

Anyway I've seen this pattern too much. It all starts with something little like taking some wine, which turns harder alcohol, which turns into sneaking out, which turns into hanging out with stuffty men, which leads to either to a relationship of domestic violence or the women gets pregnant and dad disappears either to be with another woman or in prison. Woman hates her kids, complains all day, lives off welfare, works some part job or no job at all, comes home with a different boyfriend every few months.

I thought it only happens in movies, but really it's those little things that build up and turn into just that.

how do you live
My grandfather, his brother, and his other brother all died from their addiction to alcohol. All they did was drink, end up in jail, beat their kids, work low paying farming jobs. All because they were native American. I don't want to be them.

Just let her get very drunk and she will be founded out by her parents.
You want to prevent this, as her drinking will just make her worse.
tell your parents all this when she's not around, explain that she threatened to say you watch research, and when they confront her about it and she tries to claim you watch research they won't believe her because you already knew exactly what she was going say.
Do this, OP.
