You got a good art style, but your animations need a bit of work. They feel kind of clunkey.

yeah the crouch anim could use some work, i think.

i think animations are mostly fine. the reason they look clunky on the gifs is because licecap has framerate issues. the only ones that could look at least a tad bit off are maybe some of the lemon enemies, and I haven't even posted those here yet.
