Author Topic: Indie Dev Discovers: Don't forget with Gabe Newell.  (Read 2564 times)

To be fair, Paranautical Activity had a hell of a time actually getting on Steam. If you don't know it applied for the greenlight process, got a publisher to back it, then Valve denied their request to just be put on Steam because Valve is Valve and decided that if a publisher could circumvent the greenlight process then the world will delve into utter chaos and Gaben will surely fall from his golden throne. Finally it got on Steam, and I can see being labeled as Early Access would totally screw over the game considering right now early access means "unfinished piece of stuff" to a lot of people. But que sera sera, life goes on, and Steam is still quickly becoming the evil monopoly that will surely one day screw us all over.

Going to note that threatening to kill someone is not cool and he deserves the ban. lol Probably shouldn't be too fair in these circumstances.
