Author Topic: Blockland Forum's issue with Ebola and Autism  (Read 4441 times)

To get ebola, you need your body fluids to have contact with an infected person's body fluids.
Judging on most of us not being so handicapped as to smear our faces with someone's blood, it's not a big deal.

The virus is secreted in sweat, so just touching a person with Ebola's skin will get the virus on you. Then it's a matter of rubbing your eye, eating food without washing your hands, or any other method of accidental ingestion until you get it yourself.

"I CANT HANDLE SATIRE!! BADSPOT BAN THESE PEOPLE!!!"

"guys dont make fun of ebola and autistum guys11111! its mean and i dont like bad words! badspot should ban everone!!!"

outpact are you a social justice warrior or something

I really wish people would stop trying to do this

This is the first time ive seen the word autistic on blf in like 3 weeks. Its not as much of a thing as it used to be.

oh my god it's an invisible BBC tag that no one can see unless you bother to quote it with a font that doesn't exist!!! badspot help us!!!

what? I didn't add "Sarcasm" to it. and yes you can't see the bbc tag. but you can see your default font, which is probably Times New Roman
it's entirely pointless. I could stick "hotdog" in a font tag and get exactly the same result. it carries no meaning but people use it anyway, presumably because they don't realize it isn't a real font

Or maybe they want to use it as a joke. Or maybe they want people who are replying thinking what they said is legit to say "Oh wait, this sarcasm".

I've always seen it as a way to clarify that your comment is sarcasm to someone who's bothered by it and quotes it. I don't use it primarily because I don't care if people can tell if I'm being sarcastic or not, that's their problem not mine.

I don't mind people making jokes about Ebola. Sooner or later all of the privileged countries will have a disaster and everyone else can laugh at that.

Pay attention to this post before posting any more.

except canada
no one laughs at canada

You have to want ebola to get ebola, its only fair you laugh at those who don't concern themselves.

We all joke about the holocaust and 9/11 so I don't see what the big deal is.  :cookieMonster:
