Kids now have Xbox One, PS4, Windows 8.1, and the newest phone (The forget they call it now). While some people are still back with the classics because they don't have the money that their parents somehow make.

Not only that, it's money saving instead of wasting more money just for a version higher than what you have. It's best you buy the best version after a certain period of time.

Also, you must be using a graphics card to combine with a computer. I don't believe my computer has one or not.

your computer has a GPU
because without one you wouldn't be able to see Windows Aero, your resolution will be 800x600 as default
