there's a big difference between murder and rape, though. for example:

if someone has a gun to my head, whether or not i say "kill me" or "don't kill me", if i get shot, the end result for both is gonna be murder.

but rape is based upon consent.
if someone has my shirt up, if i say "forget me" it's love, but if i say "don't forget me" it's rape.
