I've found that once you hit high bronze/mid silver people start picking Vayne and have no clue what the forget they're doing (i.e. picking vayne when miss fortune has already been picked and trying to 1v1 mf at level 3)

The reason Piglet mains ADC is because he was tired of bot lane feeding, I suppose it would be well advised to look into playing ADC, but then again, solo queue junglers are the worst, as well.

To be more clear, in today's league system it basically drags people closer to Silver V. Bronzies come up and everyone else down. For example me, as a Gold II player i would go to Gold IV after soft reset.
