Nothin special, also I've always like the idea of angled monitors above my main ones, but the redoctober has it just is bad for your neck by looking up and down constantly, you need to lower the above ones to barely just above your main displays otherwise your neck is going to hurt often.
It may be a bit late for this, but I sit back far enough from my desk that I can see all of the screens just by moving my eyes. The upper-middle monitor displays only PC stats like temperature and resource usage so I only glance up there occasionally (I've also programmed my
keyboard's mini-display to show information like that) and the right one is low enough that I can see it without raising my head.
I also have the problem that since I spent all my money buying and fixing broken monitors from Craigslist, I can't afford a fancy monitor rack. The left monitor is held up by a piece of plywood screwed into the back and supported by a wooden 2x4 which is held in place by some books inside the cabinet area, and the middle one is bolted to the overhead where a CD rack used to be, so there's no chance of lowering it.
