Not really trying to be rude here, but the forum moderator is probably too busy with his life to conduct a discussion about your child's antics and tailor his behavior to your son's needs. Since really the only things I can assume you'd need to talk to him about are A) removal of posted content or B) disputing a ban, I can assure you that
posted content will not be removed and
ban disputes will not be resolved favorably. The beauty of using forum software is the autonomy that comes with it -- users are managed by the software. Moderators can make individual exceptions, but as a whole the forum operates without any intervention. As evident by my above links, the forum admin will neither make exceptions upon request nor reverse his exceptions on request. Sorry.
