Author Topic: am I the only person who thinks game pricing is getting way out of hand?  (Read 1991 times)

It was Planetary Ahnialation.
I've been informed several times now, but thanks anyway

I really hate game prices too, and for PC games it isn't so bad because they go on sale so often and aren't usually $60 anyway unless it's a big title. My problem is with console games, which are pretty much unconditionally $60, even when gotten digitally. (See: Nintendo)

i like how the cod pack is actually quite a bit cheaper than all that stuff would be separately, but you're paying over three THOUSAND EUROS for trains

I remember the good ol' days where you could walk into your gamestore with 100 bucks and leave with 6-8 new games.

yeah true, but most of its dlc, along with the train sim bundle

its funny how I have had more fun playing CS:GO (only 15$) than all the COD's combined

"AAA" game prices are becoming bullstuff

It's funny because you're still paying a forgetload less than over here.
Any large name game (halo, cod, AC, whatever gets talked up, etc.) new will cost you $130+ in Aus, and that's just the normal edition, if you want any limited edition or pre-order bonuses it's going to cost $150-$170+
Thanks taxes.

Wow it's actually cheaper than usual lol.
