Just got Undefined for the first time, proceeded to use it on the chest level about 8 times before I ran out of charges and it didn't send me to the error room. Funny thing is that if I wasn't careful I could still die and my damage wasn't huge, nor was my health

although he should cite his sources, he never says he came up with the ideas in the video either.
he also could've done proper research and come to the conclusion himself. if one person can do it, others can, and connecting the dots in lore and religious ties isn't hard when there's an entire wikia on the subject.
i don't doubt that he could've used sources like the one you linked, though.

its a joke about how if you go through the entire item pool doing something like the D20+D6 combo which is referred to as "breaking" the game, all the items that you reroll are turned into breakfast.

All items in the game are drawn from specific "item pools". Since the game uses a random number generator, every room that contain an item has a specific item pool. Down to a smaller size, certain chests can have certain item pools, IE Red chests can contain items from the devil room pool. When you exhaust all the items in an item pool, it will spawn a health item called "breakfast" instead of anything from the item pool.

If you were to have a combination of items that allowed you to spawn or reroll a lot of items (Jera+Blank Card, Habit+Scapular+D6 etc.), you could exhaust the pools pretty quickly.

I downloaded the mod called "The Agony of Isaac" and god this is terrible yet amazing
one of the treasure rooms I went in was filled with spikes and I had to traverse a tiny path of triggering spikes
