Had such a good run just now.

Brimstone, some damage up items and tammy's head is OP as forget.
Clear 99% of the rooms with one tammy use (that recharges after that one room sweep), kills all not-multi staged bosses by standing next to them and using tammy's head.
10/10, would OP again. :D

I had the book of belial before that and i thought tammy's head was stuffty, but decided to pick it up and use it once just for stuffs and giggles.
And then i was very surprised. :P

...i did every challenge as soon as they were unlocked, i hadn't even unlocked all the characters apart from the lost yet... only difficult ones were Beans! and Cat got your tongue.
