I like how all the bomb attacks (Fetus items, Ipecac) are now affected by the damage stat and do synergize with other items. Probably why the Demo man challenge was somewhat challenging.

That was my point. In the first game the Dr. Fetus challenge was easy because the bombs 1 shot most normal enemies.
