Now he only sometimes gives spirit hearts, and other times he just spawns spiders.

it still 1 shots the heart.
i never really cared for the recharge of it cause i use it solely as a boss killer.

dark bum nerf makes me upset though.
they should've just upped it to 3 hearts per spirit heart instead.

darkbum is still a strong, spiders drop rarely

but the change to halo of flies limit sounds bonkers, having 3 flies made it almost impossible to get hit having 10 is overkill

That isnt what they're talking about
Halo of flies is still the same, the patchnotes are talking about the ENEMY called Halo of flies which are those purple flies who go in circles
they made it so their circles are limited to only 10 flies.

Its fine, really easy to mistake them for eachother since they have the same name
only reason I figured this out was thanks to the Subreddit
