I think simply giving The Lost the Ouija Board as a starting item would solve a lot of his problems.

I want a lost mod where he starts with x3 [lives] and you can get a 1UP in every super secret room.

Starting with Holy Mantle would make the lost a lot less annoying to play.

i once got revived 7 times by the collar, bad run had to die 7 times to monstro 2 on the chest

I'm not gonna do it because it breaks my Steam achievements. Besides, I've already reached Golden God, so I'll just keep going.

I think I'll only ever be able to full complete the game when they change the lost cause I can not loving win as the lost at all.
