Beat both of my runs so far. 100% winrate baby.

Same, cept for the lord of flies.
I wouldnt say the game is
easier, its just that
1. "Everything is terrible" isn't activated yet
2. Skill and knowledge from the first game i guess makes this one a tiny bit easier
3. Luck. Lots of it.
First run i found that dice room and it gave me both technologys, a family that leaves a web trail to slow enemies, shots that poison (i think) and others. Before that i had random chariot from a Zodiac sigh (i think the ram) and "Dry baby" which i think randomly cast necronomicon.
Second run i got Monstros lung fairly early, as well as quite a few tear and damage ups. Later i got brimstone, thinking they would mesh. They didnt, but brimstone was super fast to charge. Got a few more tear ups and i was wrecking everything at 2 health
I almost beat the womb without taking damage, but i accidently ran over a spike, but the boss itself was kinda different. Not as easy as the first one, but it is more bullet hellish.
Also beat a few challenges.
