I was having a pretty good run until I picked up the planet

I'm sure it would be a nice item normally but I had picked up chocolate milk prior so it was incredibly irritating to try and hit things with a single large tear orbiting around me or mash a fire button repeatedly to get a bunch of piss-poor damage shots going

I ended up quitting because I was tired of it

On another note, Mom's Heart isn't a pushover anymore

Yeah I thought things were pretty easy up until I got to Mom's Heart. stuff really hit the fan when I got there. So many projectiles...

What does the ball of bandage item do? I've gotten on two separate runs and I haven't been able to figure out what it does.

Looks like it may be an alternate to cube of meat, though i only got 1 ball in a playthrough.

just got done with my 4th successful run, this time with the devil included.
Beat it with Azazel, was a bit tricky at first, but i started getting hearts.
I also got anti gravity tears with my short ranged brimstone. Never again, though it did make the devil fight super easy.
