a passive item that randomly responds and throws itself wherever you fire and explodes and deals a heart of damage to you

I got it on the demolition challenge, every time the brain hit an enemy it would blow the bomb I just shot back at me, it was the worst

Word of warning, my controller batteries died in the middle of a challenge and the game crashed

It was an amazing run too, found Sacred Heart and some other stuff that made my tears as big as my head and was making my way through Sheol

Curse of the Blind is a lot worse than i thought, not to mention getting potentially bad items such as bobs brain. Shop item was a lucky one though, got Habit.
