Man, I got to the final evil stage as Lazarus and when my extra life activated on the boss it wouldn't let me hit him anymore

I mean I didn't really expect to have much of a chance with the two hearts I had but ugh, I was Guppy and had Mom's Knife so I still had a little hope I might pull a win out of my ass

I unfortunately died to some masks because I had half a heart but the next run I got quad shot and Mom's Knife, amazing

To be fair, forget those guys. I especially hate the room with 4 constantly shooting heads and a big group of walking turrets.

yeah she got THAT EXACT ROOM and it took her like 5 minutes to beat it cause normal tears with base isaac damage

Whenever I try to open TBOI (original), it won't even launch
Nothing shows up at all

I just beat the chest for the first time. I went through those baddies like butter holy stuff.

Also that's just another special room. You can sleep on the bed for health and jump down the trapdoor to the next room if you want. Sometimes that trapdoor will be one of those ladder trapdoors which brings you to a retro treasure room.

That particular one will just send you to the next floor. If it has a ladder, it will put you in secret zelda item room or have it lead to a 1x2 room with normal items that can be bought with hearts and on the far right usually has beggars.
