Combat is boringly slow of just walk around and shoot guys. But that's Call of Duty, they haven't changed this in years so it'll pretty much always be boring.

Just forget him, he probably hasn't played a CoD game since MW4 so he's just on some bandwagon.
I'll admit that CoD isn't the best thing ever, but it's still a fun guilty pleasure.

Call of Duty is an easy shooter that has almost always just punished movements. What little attempts they attempt at innovation in this title are just dumbed down bits stolen from Titanfall and other faster shooters for the greater market of braindead shooter players, working on meaningless cool downs, being gimmicks that are rarely useful except in the handful of spots where the map designers remembered that a feature existed.
And that's just the gameplay, the number of problems that this game has as a game and as a piece of software are too many to be bothered to talk about.

Played it for 2 hours, it was way better than ghosts because ghosts was awful and stuff. AW is ten times better, only problem is that if you don't play it with friends it can get boring. I am just taking a brake from it and I will play it more soon. Another problem I found is with if you ordered it from amazon, they give it to you later, I got mine at 6 pm ffs, amazon need to sort out their mailing problems. And you can make custom emblems after ghosts got rid of custom emblems.
