So, i think when blockland first came out it was a good game, but as it grew it became worse.
Why?
The community gets ruined by 4 year olds
Badspot removed maps (wow way to go -_-)
RTB Shuts down

Why did 4 year olds take over blockland?
Why did badspot remove maps?

jesus christ that mood swing

Despite how Blockland has degraded over the years, it's not the freaking end of the world. Newer games come along that work similarly, at least on a fundamental level, to take its place for those who just don't enjoy playing this game any more.

I think there's plenty of promise left in what Blockland has to offer, but since online play is such a crucial element of Blockland's success as a game, it becomes a really bad experience when you take into account the terribly out-of-control in-game community. Just look at all the dramas going on with Tezuni, Glass's and Ravencroft's servers. Don't like those servers? You have little choice then but to play on the servers that are quality but have nobody playing on them. It sucks, but that's just how it is. You've gotta move on and quit living in the glory days.

It intrigues me that people still continue to cry about maps more than 2 years after they were removed.

What language is this?

Especially when the game hasn't suffered from it in the slightest. I'm surprised people got over RTB so quickly.

I miss rtb still but I know complaining wont bring it back

Even though he was acting like he was handicapped, I think a ban was a bit harsh. Just answer his questions and move on.

I think servers with  48 to 60 players are what's holding back other servers from growing.

Back then when people used the 32 caped limit there where more top servers instead of 3 with massive amounts of players.

Well it's not his fault that his server is the only one on 24/7 - 365 days a year. Which can be sometimes entertaining, but all that power has gone to the admins heads (they can do anything they want, and still their servers will still be highly populated) - big dilemma.

he was making a pusillanimous individual little infant baby-esque complaint about the game i honestly think banning him was barely enough

I actually agree with all what he said, though I still find BL a super fun game despite it all.
