Author Topic: I'm looking for a website/domain host, suggestions?  (Read 421 times)

Criteria:
Semi-cheap but decent
Looking to hand-code it in HTML; would rather not do a drag-and-drop website builder.
Looking to host add-ons/files/images on it
Good DDoS policy (you know why)

Any suggestions, tips, etc?

don't forget you need a static IP, that may cost you a bit more and you have to change your Internet plan

I use verizon FiOS. My IP is pretty much static already. I don't ever remember it changing.

you can use www.cloudflare.com as ddos protection if you want it for some reason

I have linode, its not that bad
Apache is so easy to install, and so is changing DNS servers.
