think about it

doritos are red

mountain due is green

green and red are christmas colors

call of duty is christmas

I'm pretty sure it's a promo Target was doing. You get a free bag of Doritos and a case of Mountain Dew when you buy the game.

meme marketing?!?!?

It's called knowing your demographic. There's an incredibly high chance that the people that play Call of Duty also happen to like one of the most popular snack foods in the country. It helps profits, and it's free food for the people buying the game anyway. As much as people like to rag on the idea, I think it's smart marketing.

i mean it's smart marketing but it's almost so obvious it's funny

doritoes are good but not $60 good

Knowing Target, they knew people would react the way they did to this promo. Look how many people talked about it online, and in the process, gave Target a ton of free advertising.

Good thing they're not asking $60 for Doritos.

Im filming a mockumentary with some friends about professional gamers and its gonna feature a lot of mountain dew, doritos, and call of duty

I need to play so i can become the dew & doritos soldier.
