They did defend themselves with guns, and I kept dying, plus Crime could have just reset me.

Sure, its annoying as hell, but CRPG has functions like cops to get the criminal. And if a server can't handle a guy going on a rampage, its not the criminal's fault. The crimnal is "basically" rping.

nvm you did, add that part but cromedome did what anybody would do, he had enough proof by the whole server to show you were being a nuisance to the server.

Actually I think it was less of a death match and more of brutal assault and then looting of dead bodies.
I personally don't think this exactly counts as death match. He was doing it for money. I think death match is more so doing it for literally no reason.

Although usually when something like this happens, because I usually go down the law enforcement tier-chain-thing I just hunt em down and jail em, rinse and repeat.

I only took out 25 or so people, and I just want to be unbanned, as I love the server, and was banned for nothing. Also,

What. I took one persons 100k, that isnt "everyones" money. You definitely had enough to buy a gun and start shooting at me.

This. I've been on plenty of CityRPGs before where all that happens is players spawning guns and shooting and killing each other. There isn't a decent penalty system in place to handle it, and the really rich criminals just bail themselves out instantly with all the money they have.
