Author Topic: Coin Model  (Read 3906 times)

Would anyone be willing to make a model of a coin from Mario Party for me? I'm making a mario party game mode.

Worst case scenario I guess I'll try to use the coin from the score pickups and attempt to resize it.

ooh I'm looking forward to this gamemode. How big do you want it?

About the size of a 1x2 brick.

Idk, something i made. Tell me if it fits your needs and what i should change

seems like it should be thicker

Yeah, thought that as well, but i felt like it looked too clunky

I took a stab at it earlier but I didn't really consider making the cylinder have less sides. it would probably look better but oh well
I could always do it again I guess

I also couldn't get the gif to work right in gimp so I used some website

that would be perfect if you did decrease the number of sides

omg you're actually making it yey woohoo ypie

ok how does this look

I got GIMP to act right this time too

I don't know anything about exporting for blockland and honestly I don't really intend to learn, it just seems like it would be a waste of time for me
so for anyone who does know how to do all that, here is an obj and an fbx, so you can choose whichever one you'd prefer

if it's important (I assume it is because I've had trouble with them before), here are the options I used for exporting the obj

Fox's coin is best so far. I re-made another coin and it came out far more like the one requested, but the .obj export corrupted somehow and i lost it.
