So yeah, I got an LG HDTV for Christmas last year, and a couple weeks ago, it started turning off randomly, and turning back on for a little bit, then turning off again, and so forth. I let it rest for about a week, unplugged it, did all that stuff, and it did nothing. I managed to turn it on for a little while and it seemed like it was fixed, but it started doing it again. The standby light just flashes when it turns off. Now the TV won't even turn on. The standby light flashes like it's going to, but then there's a brief flash on the screen and it just gives up.
Has this ever happened to you guys? If so, how'd you fix it?
Any other helpful information or tips are much appreciated.
