Fixed jetpacks?

The original jet pack addon from RTB has an issue where if you de-equip it and equip it again, it gets fuel back. Can anyone fix this?

Or the one that makes you fly realisticly and kinda like on a vehicle.

Oh god, I remember this glitch. I hated it so much. I thought the jet packs were really cool until I found it. Someone seriously please fix it.
