they and the blue ones could go through the air like bullets but be less powerful!!!! the red could be more powerful than the heat seeking and  less powerful than the green shells which would be really powerful but would go on the ground and be slow.....

Sounds like a great idea, but I find it funny how a person recommends one thing, and everyone starts saying "add this too".
