yes he was and it was awesome, I think there's a picture of him somewhere

Also the first images have been received, hopefully a panorama of the surface will come soon

Now if only we can begin capturing comets for their materials and ice...

We won't be getting surface shots until tomorrow. Rosetta already orbited below the horizon of Philae's position.

Let's hope the little guy doesn't fall off.
