Not for a long time.

If you even studied your own religion, you'd know it doesn't count as a kid until a very specific point during pregnancy. All Jewish-based religions (Judaism, Christianity, Islam etc) all have their own times set for when a fetus is implanted with a soul.

And even then, many accept abortion when the situation calls for it.

When do they apply? In what circumstances do they apply?

You guys can't just leave it at one blanket statement saying that you don't think abortions are ok. The amount of situations where it is necessary and the different types of abortion at different stages of fetal growth are so variable that you sound ignorant by saying things that are so all encompassing.

What about circumstances where a fetus is killing the mother? What about circumstances where the mother needs treatment for an underlying condition that will kill the fetus? What about if the fetus is severely deformed and the likeliness of it living past the first year mark is low?Want to elaborate?

The fetus is like a parasite that really can't make a decision. The woman should do whatever they wan't with their unborn child. If the child is not going to live outside the womb or is really forgeted up handicapped, it would be best to abort it.

I did and am. Do you remember being one year old? No. The handicap fetus won't even be able to comprehend it in the slightest. It's up to a woman to decide if she wants to take care of a human being.
