Battlefield 3/4 Comrose System

I think this would come in handy for TDMs. For those of you who dont know what it is the Comrose system is a client sided GUI that is pulled up by pressing a button and shows you a list of commands that you can use, upon using a comand your soldier will call it out. For example if you choose the "Need backup" comand your soldier will yell out "I need some loving help over here! " heres a pic:


Something of this sort has been made called "Voice Comands" But if what is showed in the picture can be done i will be happy. I can contribute sounds, i have extracted Battlefield 3 and 4 sounds.

The way you say it, it would require both a client and server add-on. I think it would be better if it was just a client add-on and it would type in chat.
But at the same time that would be just overly abusable at one point.

how is the addon typing in the chat overly abusable?
there are plenty of chat macro addons already, this is just more specific as what the slots are for, and they aren't overly abusable

flood protection should solve that, and it's not like the person can't just copy/paste it to spam the chat
I still don't see any new abusive actions that could be taken from this addon if it was made

i would like to have it play a 3d sound. it is possible

Could easily make a server add-on that checks chat and if they say it play the sound. That way it's not a needed client/server combo.

well , i think we can aggree that its possible. We could probobly get the Comrose GUI from Google images and make areas transparent, i can provide Voice overs. Who wants to script?
