Author Topic: blockland won't start up  (Read 2045 times)

title pretty much says it all. when i open it, the launch thing to tell you that it starting comes up for like a half of a second and disappears, nothing else happens, i only saw the launch thing once, and it doesn't seem to happen again.

things i've tried:

-uninstalling
-verify integrity

what can i do?

but it makes no sense, i don't have pentium 3, i have pentium dual core e6700

If so, what modifications have you made in-between?

Also, that doesn't look like the entire console.log. I suggest you just upload the file in the forums. In the posting screen just go under advanced options.

that is the entire console.log, i have never opened blockland before on this computer.

Just start up Blockland, wait for it to happen and then take the console.log FILE and upload it to mediafire.com.

Update your video drivers.

Since it stops when it tries to activate a package called "CanvasCursor" while loading client scripts.
I suggest you move your addons starting with "client" to a different folder and try again.
If it works you can put half back and see if it starts again.
Keep doing that until you find the addon responsible and I bet it has a package called "CanvasCursor"

I only have default stuff, like I said, I did a reinstall, twice.

This is caused by out-of-date graphics drivers. Get the latest ones from the manufacturer's website.

last driver update was in 2009 and its for windows 7.

Install it anyways? It won't hurt anything to try.

the thing says my drivers are newer than those, so i guess its up to date?
