Author Topic: My school is having a walkout protest  (Read 5264 times)

so why exactly was she unconscious

drugged

read the op and watch video

There's no official article/source for this, so I don't know what the facts of the case are.

But has this actually been reported to the police?
It's clearly been reported to the school, but what of the police?
She can (or others on her behalf) can report it themselves. Of course the school should be doing it, but she or her friends or family can too.

Why hasn't there been a bigger stink about the situation? And why does it seem to be entirely directed towards the school, rather than the police?
I'm not sure. I don't know why this isn't more well known, all i know is what i've heard/seen in the video. I've spoken with the victims friends briefly about it. The victim has been told to stay off campus for her protection, so I haven't been able to speak to her. And as far as police, I'm pretty sure someone's reported it, so why nothings been done Is beyond me. For all i know, the parents of the rapist are paying the police to keep silent on it. All I know is he hasn't been given any criminal charge and it pisses me off.

"accused"

this topic, op, and the walkout are all handicapped.
a person is not a criminal just because you say they are.
was he tried? no.

gang mentality is no justice, and you shouldnt even want to live in a world that there is.. your school friends are handicapped.

that video isnt even proof of any crime.
i trust the broken justice system's court decision long before i trust a group of angry people's opinions.
since when in history has the majority ever been right? they are just the loudest.

So...him admitting to "loving her so hard" is not evidence? I'm sorry, but since you do not go to the school, nor have any information other than that which I have provided, your argument is invalid. At this point, you're defending the rapist. he has 3 accusations, but this one isn't an accusation its a fact. It happened, there's no debating that.

it proves he had a gf if anything. thats not a crime

innocent until proven guilty. hes not a rapist until tried as one.
you are stuffty dangerous person.

you would just want us all to act on gut feelings dont ya.

Did you even watch the video? I'm going to assume not. Because no where in this video did it say she was his girlfriend. He says that she wasn't okay with it, and was incoherent because she was drugged. And even if she was his girlfriend, IT'S STILL loving RAPE.

its not rape unless tried as one.

you really dont understand do you. people cant just throw around accusations. if he really did something wrong then he will go to court. you are already declaring crimes on people.

To be fair, the video doesn't even name the victim.
That's not proof he raped a specific individual.
Not even proof he's telling a true story.

Also, it doesn't tell under what context the recording was taken.
And it claims he brags of drugging her, but that's not mentioned in the recording at all.

Except that there was a victim. Who told the story as well, to her friends.

you can believe it or not, and i understand that false accusations could ruin a kids life. I get that. But from all the details i've heard, and looked into, this happened. So if you don't agree, please get out of the thread.

no forget you. you arent a judge. you dont get to decide like that.
you already claimed to have an accusation authority over the situation just because you attend the school. you have no more info then we do about the situation.

you are exactly whats wrong with the world. dangerous people like you who dont follow the rules of law.

But from all the details i've heard, and looked into, this happened.
Your details are just rumour and hearsay though at the moment.
You yourself aren't a forensic investigator or detective.

The event may or may not have happened (and it may be more likely that it did happen), but you don't get the final say on what happened, nor whether what happened was rape.
That's a matter for the courts to decide.

There's understandably an emotional side from your view, since this is a situation in your school and community, affecting your peers. So of course you're more shocked and emotionally involved with the case.
But ultimately it's not right to proclaim someone as definitely being a rapist before he's even been tried on the charge of rape, let alone convicted.

I take this crap seriously. One of my closest friends was raped when she was 12, and it really forgeted her up. I know it's innocent until proven guilty in the court of law, but I've seen enough evidence that I believe he should burn in hell, even if he was making that crap up.

I follow the rules of the law. I'm just trying to make sure that justice is actually served. Which as far as i can tell hasn't been. I'm not calling for a lynch mob, just for people to be aware this crap happens all the time. and now it's happened at my own school. Obviously this isn't getting anywhere for either of us, so lets agree to disagree and move on with our lives.

I'm saying in my view, at this moment in time, he's guilty. And the fact a video exists of him bragging about raping someone is proof enough for me. I may be wrong, and if he's proven innocent then i will accept that i was wrong. but until then, I say he's guilty.

drugged

read the op and watch video

and how did she get drugged

and how did she get drugged
It's a pill that's dropped in drinks, that cause an altered state of mind, or just simply knock the person out. It's a commonly used tactic for rapist, most commonly seen in bars or parties.

There's a defense for both sides, for the boys and the girls. I'm on the girls, you're obviously on the boys. You believe innocence, i believe guilty. One of us will eventually be proven wrong.
