If there are significant variances on data from case to case to case, along with the influence of personal bias, it doesn't really count as viable information.

I am guilty of this myself, but I haven't seen you cite any reliable sources in all your claims. The influence of personal bias nulls most "evidence" people claim to have, unless it can be backed up by unbiased sources.

Yet these people have access to 10x more legitimate evidence than you do. These people are the ones who actually go to the crime scene and interview the witnesses. These are the people that actually go look at the autopsy photos, the forensic evidence, ect. These are the people who actually do the loving math, and not just relay images from bias news outlets.

Social media news outlets and internet news outlets basically come from the same place. The news you find on tumblr is basically bias cherry-picked recycled garbage from some of the most bias websites on the planet. My argument is that you have no legitimate argument. I don't take a side on the Darren Wilson case, but I take a strong side on the "Kimon is being a loving moron" case.

A lawyer isn't supposed to be credible evidence.
A lawyer is supposed to convince others that the evidence isn't relevant to the alleged crimes the defendant committed.

this, paired with darren wilson not knowing about the robbery when he got there (he stopped mike for jaywalking) pretty much eliminates the possibility that darren wilson was trying to take down some store-robbing menace by shooting him.

basically, this leaves two possibilities from what I can tell: mike brown stopped, turned around and supposedly raised his hands, but darren wilson continued shooting. these final shots lead to the final killing blows to his head. the other possibility is that after being shot multiple times, mike brown started running. however, he then apparently turned around and ran at the officer headfirst (low enough to be shorter than darren wilson and his gun.)



this last piece again leaves only a couple options: mike brown hit darren wilson with a left hook that caused no head trauma, the injuries were pre-existing, or the injuries were caused by a different event that darren wilson did not mention.
please try to control yourselves and take time to read this before you guys start posting again for christs sake its chaos in here half the time
