I hate bringing bad news, but they removed it from XBLA. I've heard stuff about getting the game through hard drive switching, going through your purchase history, etc. But your SOL if you didn't buy it.

EDIT: Holy stuff, if you go through your download history and download it again, it works. Thought they would have removed it from the XBL servers by now...
