Your skinless fingertip touches it and BURNS THE SKIN EVEN FURTHER. You were able to avoid major injury this time around, but your fingertips of your left hand are practically just bone now. That was probably the same red thing from wherever the hell you were. You see something else rapidly approaching you. The Florida coastline.

You're probably already a god, so throw out your arms and slow your momentum down, and call forth the sea to rise and gently catch you and safely lower you back down to the coast

afterwards find a living being to suck the life from to heal yourself

You are in a dimly lit area. The only light is a red one floating above the floor. The floor is metallic and glazed over and hard to stand on. Your limbs are all still intact.
