A Revive system?

I am wondering if there is or if someone will make a stand alone revive system.
So it would work by if your health goes to zero you have to be revived by some one for 5 seconds.
And you only have 25 seconds before you die, but the death timer would stop if some one is reviving you.
Could someone make or find one?

Btw, I know someone made a revive script, but it's for slayer if someone dies and has 0 lives.

Well it is in most zombie games, but second chance is single player only
