i agree with green dude

political correctness is a bunch of bullstuff. you shouldn't expect the world to cater to you anyway.

Didn't they do this before with GTA and fail miserably?

But no, GTA is fine for an older audience like the rating dictates, hence why a rating is even attached. If parents are so worried about GTA "promoting violence", then don't buy it for your middle schooler.

you can tell blue is a chick because of her stuffty emoticon

GTA V, like real life, is beautiful until people do ugly things in it.

If anything this should be a required play for anyone entering the real world.

I'm going to say this again but violence in video games does not cause people to go on the streets and start killing people. THE only event that involved violence in video games and real life was the Columbine high school shooting. It is the user who has the game not the game itself, some of these people who do this are just flat out mad.

"i dont like this thing so nobody should be allowed to enjoy it"

I could make a huge list of things where this is the case but I don't want to derail

Man Im hoping Rockstar pokes fun at stuff like this with some NPCs or something in an update.

Feminist npc update

i mean you can't play this game in an apolitical manner but who goes and buys GTA for the plot or political message

if parents are giving their 5-11 year-old gta 5 then they should not be parents, and their children should be given to someone else who has actually developed a brain.

If grand theft auto gives you the option to run over people with a truck, is it the game's fault if you run over people with a truck?

If grand theft auto gives you the option to run over people with a truck, is it the game's fault if you run over people with a truck?
Yes, because it gave you the option to run over people with a truck.

Yes, because it gave you the option to run over people with a truck.

If the game never explicitly told you to run people over with a truck, nor is it required for you to run over people with a truck, is it still the fault of the game?

You still can run over people with a truck, so yes
