Nal asked me to return to Blockland to help script for his server.
I considered it, but figured my time would be better spent helping Blake1 with his superior server.
Sorry goys.

oh stuff i was being sarcastic there

they're lovey instruments to play once you learn but they're expensive as forget to keep tuned and get installed (my organ instructor told me that they can cost around $800 to tune and service)

yeah. i wish i could buy an electronic one where i could adjust all the parameters that make the sound.

also, every non-request loop is done. you can all now request your loops.

new title and requests are open

hammonds are a bit like that. the one i play for church services has a bunch of drawbars up top that let you modify the sound, vibrato/tremolo/reverb settings, and percussion settings. they're super old though, i think the one i play is from the 50s/60s era, so they aren't really a fancy type of electric organ. the main problem with the electronic ones is that they aren't that great at replicating the fullness that a real pipe organ has and the sound is never quite the same- i find that practicing on the one that i take lessons with just feels empty/hollow when compared to the one that i solo practice on that's a real pipe organ (although this hollow feel is remedied somewhat by a bass coupler, even though it's limited to only one manual)

do they have audio outputs and MIDI connectors?

do they have audio outputs and MIDI connectors?
the hammond i play doesn't because again, it's from the 50s/60s. i doubt that later models had it though, because iirc the company didn't last beyond the 90s (though they probably died off before then). the pipe organ i play doesn't have audio outputs that i know of, but it does have some midi settings as well as some sort of data setup where it looks like you can put stuff like floppy drives in it (so that one isn't much older than 2004, at the most). the electric organ for my lessons had optional midi connections (though they cost extra so the college didn't get them) and i'm pretty sure it has an audio output for when the college holds big recitals with the organ.

it really depends on the organ; traditional pipe organs wouldn't come with an audio output because they have forgethuge pipes (the one i play goes up to 32'), but i'm sure that modern ones may have optional midi support. electric organs, depending on the age, would most certainly have some kind of midi functionality (whether or not it's an extra depends on the company, i'd assume), especially if you get the ones that don't even try to look like a traditional organ console.
