what makes you say that?

"Fail" as in no one will play it, or that it will turn out badly?
Seems like it will be fine to me. The concept is pretty cool, at least.

air does the opposite of that; it supplies friction

mass has (or is a measure of 'how much') inertia, which is basically the resistance to a change in state of motion. objects that are moving will continue to move at the same speed, in the same direction, until something accelerates them to stop, slow down, or change direction. objects that are still will require acceleration to begin moving.

force causes acceleration (in fact, acceleration and force are directly proportional), but velocity (and in turn, so long as mass is the same, momentum) stays constant unless acted on by an external force, e.g. friction caused by air

[addendum: in actual fact there is air in space, just an insignificant amount in comparison to what you would find in an atmosphere]

btw i'm not tryin to be all internet big guy muscle flex i just rly like physics

Yeah, I'm just gonna listen to you. I know jack stuff about physics.

a lot of the things i said were put simply for brevity's sake but i think the basic ideas are still there

anyone who's ever played kerbal space program knows that things getting blown apart in orbit don't have the tendency to stick together

you jetisson that fuel tank, and in just 30 seconds it's gonna be 2km away

fail as in it will turn out badly. a lot of good concept games turn out badly. theres also been a recent trend with releasing disappointing games so im not going to be surprised if it does end up bad. I wish it wouldn't. survival games have been on the down fall from the start because people who cant do it right keep assigning themselves to the job

no need to assume the pessimistic. they're certainly capable of making pretty pictures; it's entirely possible that they're capable of making quality games. unless we have previous works by the same developer to go off of, it's going to be difficult to assume one way or another if the game is going to be of good quality.

this looks p amazing even for a teaser
hope the developers stick to their end
