I have a huge shocking feeling that he didn't.

Aside from telling multiple people that he's "laying low" by creating an alt to creep around on, there are a few other strange things about this account.

• Bin seems to already be incredibly well versed in how the forum works, this may or may not be a good indicator however.
• Bin's Registration date and Maxxi's last login are 32 seconds apart. It's not hard to create an account in that amount of time, especially if it was already planned out.
• Timezones are the same.
• His "verbal behaviour" isn't very different from Maxx's.

I very well could be wrong, but I'm very sure that I'm not.
