like for example he didn't make his name "maxx" again
until he explodes again, I'm just going to treat him as a normal new user
I hate when people think "Oh well give him a second chance, jeezz".
How the hell can people be this naïve? The person at hand is obviously a troublesome repeat offender, sure I believe in rehabilitation and stuff, but if someone forgets up over and over again like Maxx it's time for life in jail.
