Author Topic: i found a really "sad" article about a brony  (Read 13735 times)

That's a good one; you almost had me there.
Maybe more people should be children of funeral directors. Then you'd understand what I understand.

Hearing stories of people dying on the toilet and being so fat they required special equipment to get them up, or people who died in the bath and were there so long they actually began to dissolve in the water...

Self Delete is pretty selfish and i have no sympathy for whoever kills themselves over something easily ignorable.
of course, there are certain exceptions (no other choice aka you're going to die soon)
>you kill yourself and take yourself away from me, thats selfish!
if you kill yourself over anything less than an existential crCIA in which your negatives outweigh the positives, youre basically contributing to eliminating the mentally weaker people, and i can make jokes about people who do that all day

this brony kid is loving disturbing and sick but if someone can make a funny enough joke about him id laugh

super seriousness business, am i right?

Hilarious business.

To reiterate. There's no personal disrespect meant, but I simply don't know these people, but I know the way they died and humour is best way to deal with it.

Besides, who else is going to worry about the train? It's probably got human stuff all over the bottom of it.

i'm not laughing, i doubt you are

not sure if this is a joke or just a really poorly worded sentence

I was. Now I'm feeling a bit confused because it seems like you've missed my entire viewpoint and you're ready to attack me just because I'm not going to shed some tears over a kid I've never known in my life.

I don't care who he was, what he was or yada yada. He's dead. No changing that. I don't get why we have to be so serious about it.

that's forgeted
How so? That's what I've learned in my life as the son, nephew and grandson of funeral directors. How does it affect the person who is dead?

Also, I wouldn't go upto the family and be a little stuff, laughing and making jokes. There is a place for a respect, but the Internet with a bunch of people who didn't know the kid is not it.

Terrible joke.

oh wait no

this

a lot of the people complaining about jokes very likely don't give a single forget about it themselves

he died, the end, you can either accept it, or go mad, and laughing is a way to help cope with it, like it or not

in my view anyways

Had another accident today. 4 kids died in a head on car accident. Ages 17,17,16, and 13. Cars collided at excessive speed. Both vehicles ended up quickly starting on fire. It is unknown if the kids died on impact or if they died trapped in the burning car. The car then exploded.

Hilarious huh guys!!!?

You are right, I don't give a stuff. I didn't know the guy and it certainly won't mess up my day. Doesn't mean I'll make fun of a dead person though.

Also, "help cope," shut the hell up lol. You don't give a stuff either. Coping is what you do when someone you care about dies, that word doesn't apply here.

that oughta be tough on you, and i send you my sympathy

but for the sake of making my point ill give you this experience
i was in a denny's one night after junior prom like last year, and i was eating with a couple friends and as we walked outside we saw a fight, but one of the guys in the fight took out a knife and stabbed the other like 4 or 5 times and he died etc etc

so for like 3 months after that i kept thinking about it whenever i tried to sleep and do things, and one day i heard my friend sam (who was with me when it happened), make a joke to another guy who wanted to fight him, saying "alright bruh but no knives aloud"
that made me laugh and it actually made the whole situation and the dead guy into a lighter less heavy situation and i didnt have many thoughts about the incident

im not saying every incident of death is funny, but if you can laugh about something dark, it can be a therapeutic thing

also, since youre older than me and i believe you to have more experience/wisdom, i contend that i could be wrong but i think that coping is what you do if something stuffty happens and it makes your life more difficult.  theres a reason the news always has those short happy segments of cats being saved out of trees, its because if they just showed you all of the negative awful stuff and said goodnight, people would loving kill themselves
