I would enjoy if Badspot modeled the face then you could choose the mouth and eyes and such. Also this could allow face animations and face posing maybe. (Yesh, I can't get GMod, I want it, can't play M, don't flame.)

Small textured indents that can be changed so custom faces can be made with MSPaint also allowing mixing and matching maybe a hair thing with full head hair FTW!

Let me guess your parents are over protective. I was watching Horror films when I was a kid, built up my tolerance to seeing gross things. However I can't stand seeing cuts and things going into feet, creeps the crap out of me.
