The phone from watch dogs intergrated into blockland, profiler could put up random information about someone or come up with a random value if they are wanted or not.
The hacking part of the phone could work with OnActivate blocks, to trigger events. Or even have preloaded events inside of blocks such as explosives, decoys, or lights. And the outfit could be made using the hatmod. Also players could hack other players phones disabling the use of some options of the phone. Like hacking the profiler to have the hacker the option to add text to the profiler, like how Defalt did to Aiden. Battery life could be measured through events. OnActivate_Battery_Charge. Setting amount of bars. Or even adding more in the RTB Preferences. ( And a Defalt hat. Because why not? )
