Garrys Mod choppy camera movement

I get really choppy camera movement and it isnt smooth when I look around
this happens in every loving server and it even happened before i had to reinstall windows and ITS STILL HAPPENING
someone please help before i punch a baby

when i go to singleplayer it does the same stuff

This never has happened?
until a few weeks ago, it was perfectly fine.
edit:
its fine if i go into singleplayer, but if i go into multiplayer after on EVERY loving SERVER its like this
then if i go back to singleplayer it does the same thing
