on a helpful note, warm up your voice by reading news articles or something, I mean if you ever were to do a talkshow on the radio, reading the news would warm you up for something like that

And yeah, I frequently read most things out loud. Strengthening the voice is important, and a lot of fun. I'm studying theatre presently, and I make a point of reading all assigned plays out loud to myself, a different tonality for each character at the very least. It's a loving workout.

I already work for a radio corporation's cluster in the Seattle area, but not as an on air person. I did one commercial that went on air, that's also on my soundcloud, but I'm mainly a producer and operator. Most of the people I work with have THE radio voices, it's amazing.
