I've never understood this, is this just a thing with the blockland forums where you shun everyone until they prove who they are? This is the only community I've seen that pulls this stuff and it's pretty hysterical

tbh it's a little creepy in my opinion
i mean i guess from a history of giving no stuffs it's just weird seeing this often
whether it be about alts, gender, or whatever

goose chases are fun. theyre what people like to do, it gives everybody a detective feeling and gives you the feeling youre close to discovering something. especially if the users' claims have been outlandish and the fact that they're lies are pretty pathetic. it's just something people do to get a rush

Extorting free games out of people on a forum for a game, yeah that makes a lot of sense.

It makes a lot of sense. Pretty common for people to bat their e-eyelashes to get some steam games from kids who reduce themselves to puddles of pubescent moisture and get weak at the knees when a cute "female" asks for a favor—and then two or three.

so basically what trifax and many other users are saying is that all females on the blockland forums will beg for games and some random(?) people will give them it, so we have to either exile all females from the forums or have them provide "proof" (basically we're copying 4chan's tits or gtfo policy because we think we are a part of 4chan and we also think 4chan is cool for some reason apparently) and if an account is an alt then we must troll them (or i mean, heh, "have a serious discussion" according to many of the users here who don't want to be banned for trolling obviously)
